Papaya formosa prices went down 28% between November 28th and December 2nd at wholesale Ceagesp, with limited sales in the end of the month. Formosa variety was more affected than havaí because the first one is more expensive, while the second one is in high supply. In producing regions, formosa prices also went down – in Espírito Santo state, sale price was 20% lower.
